CAVEATI was an apprentice on the team, not the owner of a fleet telemetry platform.

At Amazon Robotics, I worked as an apprentice on Java 8 and Spring-based
distributed applications supporting robotic automation, operational
monitoring, and warehouse safety systems used in global fulfillment-center
operations.

My contributions included API enhancements, service integrations, production
support, and collaboration with robotics, machine learning, and operations
stakeholders. I was learning how software behaves when the physical operation
does not get to pause while you investigate a problem.

What I actually did

  • Contributed to distributed applications supporting robotic automation.
  • Implemented API enhancements and service integrations with the team.
  • Helped investigate and support production issues.
  • Worked across robotics, machine learning, and operations teams.

This is the robotics experience I can defend plainly: an apprenticeship,
useful technical work, real operational constraints, and a much better sense
of what I still need to learn.
